There is a 2 person minimum for all bookings.  Weekend stays are from Friday afternoon at 3:00pm until Sunday afternoon 3:00pm and is $150.00 per person for the weekend.  A $50.00 deposit is requested with a confirmed reservation and the balance is due upon arrival.  Deposits will be applied to a future reservation with cancellations prior to a 48 hour notice, however deposits will be forfeited with cancellations less than a 48 hour notice. 

For weekday crafters we have 3 different options:

1.) Week: Monday noon—6 pm and Tuesday through Thursday 10 am—6 pm with a minimum of 2 persons $45.00 per person per week.  Three or more persons—$40.00 per person per week.  The week must be scheduled and confirmed at least 1 week in advance and paid in full by noon on Monday.  There is no refund for partial weeks.  Soda and water provided as well as all Eden House equipment available for use.  Projects may be left in the Craft Room throughout the week and the room will not be used by any other persons or groups when scheduled for weekday crafters by week.

2.) Daily: $15.00 per person per day with a two person minimum.  Hours and terms will be the same as listed above.

3.) Instructors/Demonstrators/Consultants: the Craft Room will accommodate up to 10 guests and room rental starts at  $20.00 for up to 4 hours with soda and water provided.
